Am I permitted to make unlimited delivery requests?

Life Skills Programme: No, the club has access to eight funded workshops from this section. Additional delivery requests beyond the communicated allocation will be paid for by football clubs and not LFE.
Other Programmes: There is no restriction on the options available within this section.

What happens following this delivery request?

This delivery request will be received and will be reviewed by the Deliverer. Deliverers will aim to respond within three working days and only once confirmation has been received can the request be considered booked. If a request cannot be met, the Deliverer will make contact to discuss a different date/time. LFE recommends requesting a delivery at least three months in advance to achieve the requested date.

Am I able to request specific topics or information to be included within delivery?

Once the delivery request is confirmed, contact details will be shared between football clubs and Deliverers for this to be discussed and agreed. When submitting the delivery request, the ‘Other Information’ section can also be used to be make this request.

Is it possible to make a delivery request for more than one target group?

Yes, this can be requested as part of the submission but the noted ‘Max. Person Capacity’ must be adhered to. The Deliverer will also ensure that the content is age-appropriate and so some target groups may need to be separated.

How do I make a request for the same delivery to take place more than once per day?

Complete the delivery request form for each individual workshop required and select the same day with a different time.

How do I make a request for delivery that is not available as part of the existing programme?
